How We Transfer Files
The Internet is one of the greatest tools of our generation. It allows us to collaborate effectively and learn new information faster than ever before. It can also be a source of great frustration and even danger when we don't take certain precautions.

While nothing is fail-safe, we have taken precautions to establish a safe means of sharing and transferring large files (i.e. those graphic files that may be too large to transfer via email) to enable us to collaborate quicker and safer with our clients.

Filezilla
While virtually any FTP file transfer utility will work, we recommend Filezilla, a free FTP solution available by clicking here (please paste the following link, if necessary; http://filezilla-project.org/download.php ).

Once you download Filezilla, or have another FTP file transfer utility installed on your computer, sharing large files with Garnett Sign Studio is quick and easy.

Our Servers
We have set up password protected space on our server for each account. Please email us for a link to our servers and your login and password information, or contact your Project Manager at (650) 871-9518.
